Our Refund Policy
At Profiler.me, we aim to provide transparency and fairness in all transactions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or top-up, we offer a conditional refund policy.
Refunds are available within 72 hours (3 days) of your transaction. You may request a refund for the unused credits remaining in your account at the time of the request. Please note that credits already used for searches, lookups, or any form of data access are not eligible for refund.
To request a refund, email us at support@profiler.me using the same email address you used to create your Profiler account. Be sure to include your registered email, the transaction ID or payment receipt, and a brief reason for your refund request. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the remaining credit amount will be refunded within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Account resale or transfer is strictly prohibited. If we detect any attempt to sell or transfer a Profiler account, we reserve the right to suspend the account permanently, revoke access without a refund, and take legal or administrative action if necessary.
Refunds will not be provided in cases involving policy violations, abuse, or misuse of the platform. Profiler.me also reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, and continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
